- Access to emergency staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week to respond to maintenance emergencies.
- Open communication with our clients. You will be able to call or email during business hours and will have to worry about being sent to voicemail.
- Coordinations and payment of all repairs and general upkeep to the property
- Monthly accounting statements and copies of all bills provided for each property via USPS or online in a secure owner portal.
- Secure owner payment via electronic funds transfer directly to a bank account or via USPS using a standard check.
